Registration


 

The online registration system will open in February.

We recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome as the registration system works better in these browsers.
In order to register, you will need an account. If you have attended any previous EPUAP events, please log in with your Username (email) and Password. If you do not have an account, you will be asked to create one once you enter your email address. In case you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking Forgot your password.

Apart from the below options of the registration fee, once you have selected the registration fee, please also choose whether you are French commercial subject & VAT payers OR Foreign entity & French NO VAT payers in order to receive the correct invoice / credit card receipt.

Registration fee is inclusive of 20% VAT.

1 Onsite fee / It is valid from 16 September to 20 September 2019.
1-day registration / Individual registration is valid for just one day (18, 19 or 20 September 2019).
Student / Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via registration web site.
No access to the sessions, only exhibition.

 


ENTITLEMENTS 

Full conference registration: Final programme, conference bag, admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, coffee breaks & lunches.

1-day registration: Final programme, admission to all sessions in the conference programme of the confirmed day, coffee breaks & lunch for one day.

 

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Payments by bank transfers and/or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted for the registration.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state the invoice number on all money transfers to the EPUAP Business office.

Tickets for the conference dinner are not included in the registration fee and are non-refundable.

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their fees refunded as follows:

Written cancellation must be forwarded to the EPUAP Business office  (office@epuap.org / info@codan-consulting.com).
All refunds will be processed after the conference.

Cancellations received until 19 July 2019 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €40.
From 20 July 2019, registration fees are non-refundable.
No refunds will be granted in case of no show.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.

INVITATION LETTER

Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at info@codan-consulting.com. Please note that official letter of invitation can only be given to individuals who have registered and paid the registration fee for the conference. All requests will be considered individually.
